Privacy and cookie policy

This policy explains how the personal data of visitors to www.studioristorimonaco.com are processed, under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003. In case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

What data we process

Browsing data. The servers hosting the website automatically record some technical data, such as IP address, date and time of the request, page visited and browser type. They are used only to keep the website working and secure.

Data you send us. If you contact us by email, certified email (PEC), phone, WhatsApp or Telegram, we process the data you provide (for example name, contact details and message content) to answer your request.

The website has no data collection forms and uses no analytics or profiling tools.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering your requests and preparing quotes or offers: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Keeping the website working and secure: the controller's legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Showing YouTube and Facebook content: your consent, given with a click (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Cookies and external content

The website itself does not set cookies.

If you tick “Remember my choice” in the social channels section, your browser keeps this preference in its local storage, only on your device and without sending it anywhere. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

YouTube videos (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Facebook posts (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) are loaded only after you click the relevant button. From then on these services may set cookies and collect data under their own policies: Google privacy policy and Meta privacy policy. Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

The website's fonts are provided by Google Fonts: to download them your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

Links to social profiles and chats (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) lead to external websites, which process data under their own policies.

Recipients

Data may be processed by the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.) as data processor, and by the email, telephone and messaging providers used by the studio. Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of the providers mentioned (Google, Meta) may transfer data to the United States, on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram, their processing is governed by their own policies.

How long we keep data

Browsing data are kept by the hosting provider only as long as needed for technical and security purposes. Data from contact requests are kept as long as needed to handle them and, if an engagement follows, for the period required by law for professional records.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing (articles 15–22 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Providing data

Providing data through the studio's contacts is optional, but without it we cannot answer your requests.
